Shipping & Returns Policies
How will my hat be shipped? How much does it cost?
We offer FREE domestic shipping. If we make any money, we want it to be because people love our products, not because we ripped our customers off on shipping fees.
When will I receive my order?
You can expect to receive your package 1-2 weeks from the time you place your order. When ordering a product, be sure to note whether it is an in-stock item or a pre-order item (it will be clearly marked). If it is a pre-order item, expect to receive your package 1-2 weeks from the date the item is listed to ship.
Do you offer international shipping? How much does it cost?
YES! Actual shipping price varies depending on where you reside, but we only charge you a measly $5 because it is really important to us that our hats see the world (and that the world sees our hats)!
What is your Returns Policy?
We think you'll like our hats. If you don't, we'll accept returns, no questions asked. Here's what you need to do:
1. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number and any comments (we love feedback!)
2. We will e-mail you your free shipping label within 1 business day.
3. Stick that on the box your product was delivered in, drop it off at the post office, and we will process your FULL REFUND!
**International returns are not free at this time due to customs regulations Customs is kind of a huge pain.
Can I exchange my hat?
YES! If you realize you like another Fit to Flick more we will gladly accept an exchange. Exchanges must be placed within a week of receipt of the initial order. Email email@example.com and we will work it out.
What is up with the name of this company?
We make hats that are Fit to Flick your ponytail through. Get it? We know it's kind of weird. We try to be cute.
